Marketing Plan Overview
92% of homebuyers use the internet to aid in their property search process, and 76% of buyers walked through a home found on the internet.
Over Thirteen years of experience I understand the power of a well-conceived and aggressively executed marketing plan. Our time tested strategy has and continues to evolve with the ever changing market of buyers and sellers demands. Technology now provides 24/7 exposure to a world-wide pool of potential buyers. While online marketing and social media are certainly important components of our marketing efforts, we still embrace our local small town community and still get a great response from direct mail and personal door to door efforts. Your listing will have premium positioning and maximum visibility on the first page of Google and also your community.
